Rentals are private and closed to the public. There is no early arrival or late departure. Setup and breakdown must be within the stated times

Cancellation Policy

$100 deposit is required to secure party. Deposit is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled at any time prior to the party beginning for illness, weather or emergencies only. Rescheduled parties will be subject to availability. We discourage rescheduling due to limited availability, but we will work with you in the case of emergency to make your party perfect in anyway we can. Full balance is due the Wednesday prior to your party. If balance is not paid in full party will be postponed until balance is paid. Party will include the number of children in your party package. Rentals are only for the times agreed upon. There is no early arrival or late departure. Please plan accordingly and plan for decorating and Cleaning time within your 3 hour rental. Early arrivals and late departure will be charged $100 per half hour and fee will be paid to next to party who is inconvenienced by the late departure. Additional children will be billed at $15.99. All party guests must wear socks. Socks are available for purchase at $3 per pair.
